We offer seating for up to 40 people, but we’re also happy to think creatively with you if you’re planning an event for a larger group.

What meeting room setups are possible?

Different setups are possible depending on your meeting. You can gather around a table, opt for a presentation setup or choose a more informal arrangement for workshops, brainstorms and conversations. Tell us what you actually want to do during the day, and we’ll help create the setup that works best. And of course, our various breakout rooms are perfect when you want to split into smaller groups.

Yes. Wi-Fi is available so you can work online throughout your meeting.

Can I give a presentation at NOAM?

Yes. NOAM is suitable for presentations, training sessions and business meetings. We have a Samsung Flip 2 available — one of our favourite pieces of kit. Let us know in advance what facilities you need and we’ll make sure everything is ready.

Can we hold a hybrid meeting?

If one or more participants need to join remotely, let us know in advance. We’ll look at the technical setup needed for your meeting.

Are coffee and tea available?

Yes. Coffee, tea and other drinks are available during your meeting. Exactly what is included depends on the package you choose.

Can we have lunch at NOAM?

Absolutely — prepared by a local chef! Your meeting, offsite or team day can be combined with lunch. Ask us about the options and let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies in advance.

Are breakfast or drinks also possible?

Depending on your programme, we can look at options for breakfast, lunch, snacks or drinks to finish off the day. Tell us what your ideal day looks like and we’ll think along with you.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. Please let us know about allergies, dietary requirements or other needs in advance and we’ll accommodate them wherever possible.

Can I book NOAM for half a day?

Yes. NOAM is particularly well suited to full-day meetings, offsites, training sessions and team days. A full day also gives you the opportunity to alternate indoor work with outdoor time, food, movement and different ways of working.
